Keep your hair looking glam with our post gym hair guide
We've all been there. The early morning struggle to make your hair look presentable after a workout at the gym. Thankfully we know exactly how to make hair look its best in no time at all.
Before you start, tie your hair up in a
ponytail or use a sweatband to keep the hair off the back of your neck. This
will reduce the amount of sweat that is absorbed by your hair.
After your workout we know that there isn't
always time to shampoo your hair. If you can great, but if not there are alternative
ways to keep your hair looking clean and grease free.
The first thing to do is blow dry your hair
on a medium heat. This will help reduce frizz and stop your hair looking
greasy. Next apply a dry shampoo. We recommend TIGI Rockaholic Dry Shampoo. It
will leave your hair looking fresh.
Blow drying your hair can leave it looking
a little flat. To avoid this hold your head upside down and apply a small
amount of hairspray such as Finishing
Spray from Designline. This add texture and volume to your hair while holding
your finished style.
Alternatively, if
you're in a real rush and have longer hair just sprits with a dry shampoo and
give it a quick brush through. Then tie up in a messy bun for this season's
hottest up do!

My post swimming routine is a quick shower and then try and comb my medium bob hairstyle into some sort of shape. Not always got time to blow dry due to impatience of my four-year-old son who's normally with me. Will go for the dry shampoo/hair dryer blast next time - great idea!
